Requirements:

• Valid Kentucky Dental License (or willingness to acquire)
• Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry
• General Dentistry knowledge
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
