A busy, established three-doctor general practice in Jackson, TN is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join the team. With an active patient base of approximately 5,000 patients and two senior doctors, this is a compelling long-term opportunity including a pathway to partner buy-in or buyout for the right candidate.

About the Practice

This 5,500 sq ft facility features 9 total operatories (5 hygiene, 4 doctor) with great equipment including electric handpieces. The practice has 3–5 hygienists working daily and room to expand. The associate will work from 1–2 doctor operatories with additional plumbed ops available as the practice grows.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday full days, with every other Friday half-day (potential for every Friday half-day).

• First-year compensation range: varies by experience and production capabilities

• Strong foundation in basic restorative dentistry with a drive to learn and grow

• Open to new graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proficiency in general dentistry
• Comfortable producing $2,000+ per day
