Associate Dentist

Summit Family Dental, a thriving and modern private practice in Hermitage, TN, seeking a personable and driven Associate Dentist to join their team. This is an independently owned practice that has a strong reputation within the community. The practice is recently remodeled with eight operatories, advanced technology, and a cohesive team that genuinely enjoys working together. The ideal candidate will be motivated, bring great energy to the team, and a desire to build relationships with our patients for years to come.

Practice Highlights:

Recently remodeled facility with 8 operatories (4 doctor, 4 hygiene)
Associate will primarily work out of 2 dedicated operatories
Brand new scanning technology and use of Archie (cloud-based PMS) with built-in Pearl AI second opinion software
Two EFDA assistants placing fillings; four hygienists (equivalent to 4 FTE)
Strong culture with positive, team-oriented staff and high retention

Schedule:

Full-time: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Tennessee dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Commitment to excellent patient care and continuous growth

Ideal Candidate:

1–3 years of clinical experience preferred, though recent graduates will be considered
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Interest in placing implants, doing endo, and other advanced procedures is a plus (but not required—mentorship is available)

Compensation & Benefits:

Signing Bonus
30% adjusted production-based pay
Daily minimum based on experience and clinical background
$1,500 annual CE reimbursement
Health insurance (50% of employee premium covered for lowest-tier plan)
401(k) with match up to 3.5% (eligible after 1 year)
