Position Overview:
They are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join their team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with full autonomy in treatment planning. The associate will primarily manage their designated clinic, with the opportunity to collaborate with experienced team members who will provide mentoring and fill in as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, including extractions, sealants, removable prosthodontics, crowns, and fillings.
• Perform periodic and comprehensive exams for routine hygiene and new patients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Create a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment to help ease patient anxiety.
• Meet or exceed an expected production target of $3,500 per day.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Alabama dental license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Alabama.
• Comfortable working with children and providing care in a family-friendly setting.
• Motivated to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of patients.
• Friendly, confident, empathetic, and relatable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
