Sinquefield Family Dentistry, a well-established private dental practice in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality dentistry in a supportive, family-oriented environment known for long-standing patient relationships and a strong reputation in the community.

The practice has served Middle Tennessee families for over 20 years. With a dedicated support team, a modern facility, and a strong patient base, this position offers both clinical autonomy and the chance to grow professionally in a trusted private practice setting.

Practice Highlights:

• Independently owned private practice located in a growing area of Murfreesboro
• Modern, comfortable office with 5 fully equipped operatories
• Digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and paperless systems
• Long-term staff, including 2 hygienists
• Focus on comprehensive, preventative, and restorative care
• Endodontics, oral surgery, and complex extractions currently referred out—opportunity to expand services if desired

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation structure: Daily minimum or % of collections (commensurate with experience)
• Consistent patient flow with strong hygiene re-care program
• Fee-for-service and PPO mix—no Medicaid or HMO plans

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Tennessee dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads also encouraged to apply)
• Friendly, team-oriented, and focused on delivering excellent patient care
